Clients can browse your vehicle categories, see base pricing, pick their trip details, and submit a booking — all without creating an account. The page is branded with your company name and a customizable headline and description.
Address entry uses Google Places autocomplete to reduce typos and speed up the booking process. Pricing is calculated in real time based on the selected vehicle, booking type (point-to-point, hourly, airport pickup or dropoff), distance, and any applicable surcharges. Clients can also request an emailed quote before committing to a booking.
Bookings submitted through the portal arrive directly in your DrivOQ dashboard with status confirmed and source marked as booking_page, so you can track where your bookings are coming from. If a client returns via a follow-up email link, their previous quote details pre-fill the form automatically.
