Multi-Stop Limo Booking Management

Create bookings with multiple intermediate stops, with full route visibility for drivers and dispatchers.

DrivOQ supports multi-stop bookings as a dedicated booking type, allowing you to create trips with one or more intermediate stops between the pickup and final dropoff. This covers corporate roadshows, event shuttles, and any trip where the client needs to visit multiple locations in sequence.

Each stop in the booking is recorded with its address, and the pricing engine accounts for the full route when calculating the fare. The multi-stop booking type works with all other pricing features — vehicle category rates, surge pricing, service area multipliers, and airport fees where applicable.

Drivers see all stops listed in order in the driver app, with addresses for each leg. Dispatchers have full visibility into the route from the booking detail view. Multi-stop bookings follow the same assignment, status, and notification flow as all other booking types in DrivOQ.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit on the number of stops per booking?

DrivOQ supports multiple stops per booking. There is no hard limit defined in the system, though practical route management suggests keeping stops to a reasonable number for driver clarity.

How is pricing calculated for a multi-stop trip?

The pricing engine calculates the estimated distance across the full route (pickup through all stops to dropoff) and applies the per-mile rate accordingly. Base fare and any applicable surcharges are added to produce the total.

Can clients book multi-stop trips through the booking portal?

Yes. The booking portal supports the multi_stop booking type, allowing clients to specify intermediate stops when submitting a booking request through your public booking page.
