Are client records created automatically from bookings?

Yes. When a booking is submitted through the public booking portal, DrivOQ looks up the client by phone number. If a record exists, the booking is linked to it. If not, a new client record is created automatically using the contact information from the booking form.

Can I add internal notes about a client?

Yes. Each client profile has a notes timeline where your team can add free-text entries. Every note shows the author's name and the date it was added, creating a searchable history of client interactions.

What is the loyalty tier field used for?

The loyalty tier field lets you categorize clients by their value to your business (for example: Bronze, Silver, Gold). It is visible on the client profile and booking list, and can be used by dispatchers to prioritize service for your best clients.
